What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenants did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling

The Landlord's application to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent is granted. The Tenants may void the order by paying $6,085.22 by March 31, 2025 or $8,950.09 by April 30, 2025. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must vacate the unit by April 30, 2025. The Tenants are also ordered to pay the Landlord $2,011.45 and daily compensation of $94.19 from March 19, 2025 until the date they vacate.
