What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must move out and pay the Landlord $7,116.64 plus daily compensation of $94.19 from August 14, 2025, until they vacate.
