What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 26, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $5,413.38 plus $66.50 per day for compensation for continued occupancy starting May 16, 2023 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by May 26, 2023, they will start owing interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
