What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $22,291.75 by July 21, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must vacate the unit by July 21, 2024 and pay the Landlord $20,923.85 plus daily compensation of $31.20 from June 18, 2024 until the Tenant vacates.
