What happened

The Landlord requested a review of an order issued on May 30, 2025, which had resolved a Tenant's application (T2). The Landlord claimed he missed the previous hearing because a snow plow had destroyed his mailbox, causing him to miss the rescheduled notice of hearing. Upon review, the Landlord attended while the Tenant did not appear to support the original application.

The ruling

The request for review is granted. The previous order issued on May 30, 2025, is cancelled. The Tenant's application is dismissed as it was abandoned when the Tenant failed to attend the review hearing.
