What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the unit by January 16, 2024. If they do not, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,502.81 plus $50.96 per day from January 6, 2024 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by January 16, 2024, the Tenants will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
