The tenancy is terminated effective June 5, 2022, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $86.34, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date, the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit, and a 15% rent abatement for the Landlord's breaches of the Act.
