What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective May 7, 2023, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $2,624.74, which includes rent arrears and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $39.25 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting April 27, 2023, until the Tenant moves out.
