What happened

The Landlords' application is granted. The Tenants are ordered to pay the monthly rent for the period of November 2023 to October 2024 in full and by the 3rd day of each corresponding month. If the Tenants fail to comply with this condition, the Landlords may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
