What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $11,804.51 by May 11, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $8,191.27 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by May 11, 2024. The Landlord is entitled to compensation of $48.36 per day for use of the unit after April 17, 2024.
