What happened

An interested party, the daughter of Tenant 1, requested a review of an order for termination and eviction based on non-payment of rent. She alleged that the original order was based on an altered lease and that she was improperly excluded as a party to the proceedings. She further claimed that rent had been refused and that medical issues had hindered participation.

The ruling

The request for review was denied. The LTB found that the interested party was not a tenant and that no serious error occurred in the original hearing or the resulting order. The original eviction order for non-payment of rent remains in effect.
