Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet the conditions specified in a previous LTB order, including non-payment of rent for April 2023 and failure to pay $1,130 towards outstanding arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 4, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $13,756.57 plus $54.76 per day starting May 25, 2023 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 4, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
