What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because the Tenants did not pay the rent that the Tenants owes. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $13,684.42 by 2023-10-31 or $15,066.56 by 2023-11-07 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must move out by 2023-11-07 and pay the Landlord $8,891.72 plus daily compensation of $45.44 from 2023-08-17 until move-out. The Landlord is entitled to file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction if the unit is not vacated by 2023-11-07.
