What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants and for an order to have the Tenants pay the rent they owe because the Tenants did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on February 22, 2023 with respect to application LTB-L-039327-22.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 12, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,513.92 plus $93.86 per day starting June 2, 2023 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 12, 2023, they will start owing interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
