What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant attended the hearing with a translator. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 3, 2025, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified arrears and filing fees. The Tenant must pay $8,773.25 by July 31, 2025, or $11,210.70 by August 3, 2025, to continue the tenancy. If the Tenant fails to pay and does not vacate, the Landlord is authorized to enforce the eviction through the Sheriff's office on or after August 4, 2025.
