What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $1,911.33 by June 30, 2023 or $3,336.38 by July 2, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must move out by July 2, 2023. The Landlord is entitled to the rent arrears, application filing fee, and NSF charges, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit.
