What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because they failed to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order. The ruling

The Tenants' motion to set aside the previous eviction order (issued on October 2, 2025) is denied due to their failure to attend the hearing. The stay of the eviction order is lifted immediately, allowing the Landlord to enforce the termination of the tenancy.
