What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective June 5, 2023. The tenants must pay the landlord $3,229.12, which includes the outstanding rent arrears from the previous order and new arrears for May 2023, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenants must also pay the landlord $79.02 per day for use of the unit starting May 26, 2023 until they vacate.
