The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $5,017.63, which includes rent arrears up to May 1, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $60.72 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 2, 2023 until the Tenants move out.
