What happened

The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on May 6, 2023 unless the tenants pay $3,004.61 by April 30, 2023 or $4,325.80 by May 6, 2023 to void the order. If the tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by May 6, 2023 and will owe additional daily compensation.
