The ruling

The motion to set aside the previous order LTB-L-081739-22 is granted. The previous order is set aside and cannot be enforced. The previous order TSL-22400-21-RV dated March 2, 2022 remains unchanged, except that the final payment due on or before October 1, 2023 is reduced from $107.30 to $101.10.
