The tenancy will be terminated on July 31, 2023 unless the tenants pay $2,740.18 by June 30, 2023 or $4,100.36 by July 31, 2023 to void the order. If the tenants do not pay, they must move out by July 31, 2023 and pay the landlord $964.72 plus daily compensation of $44.72 from May 9, 2023 until the move-out date.
