The tenancy is terminated effective June 3, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $9,575.29 plus $43.77 per day starting May 24, 2023 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 3, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
