What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 28, 2023. The tenants must pay the landlord $4,294.95 plus $51.12 per day starting May 18, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by May 28, 2023, the tenants will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
