The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $1,165.33 by January 31, 2025 or $2,144.66 by February 11, 2025. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by February 11, 2025. The Landlord is entitled to compensation of $32.20 per day starting January 22, 2025 until the Tenant vacates.
