What happened

The Tenant filed a motion to set aside an ex-parte eviction order (LTB-L-059780-25) issued after an alleged breach of a mediated settlement. During the hearing, the Landlord consented to the motion. The parties agreed to set aside the eviction order and maintain the original mediated settlement from May 2025.

The ruling

The LTB granted the Tenant's motion to set aside a previous eviction order on consent of the Landlord. The previous order (LTB-L-059780-25) is now void, and the original mediated settlement (LTB-L-008148-25) from May 2025 continues to govern the tenancy.
