What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays the Landlord $5,247.36 by April 27, 2025, which would void the order. If the Tenant fails to pay and does not move out, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for eviction on or after April 28, 2025. If the tenancy is terminated, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,668.04, plus daily compensation of $59.96 from April 2, 2025, until vacating the unit.
