What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord also claimed charges related to NSF cheques.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $7,481.80, which includes rent arrears owing up to March 27, 2023, NSF fees, and the filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 25, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
