What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to non-payment of rent. The application was resolved by an order issued on April 13, 2023. The tenant requested a review of the order and that it be stayed until the review is resolved, on the basis that the order may contain a serious error and that the tenant was not reasonably able to participate in the hearing on March 29, 2023.
