The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on July 30, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $1,300.21 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by July 30, 2023, and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction starting July 31, 2023.
