What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlords served a valid N4 Notice, and the Tenants did not void the notice by paying the rent arrears.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $4,071 for rent arrears and costs in installments by December 19, 2023. The Tenants shall also pay the monthly rent as it becomes due. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlords may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
