What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated on June 2, 2023 unless the tenant pays $6,369.25 by May 31, 2023 or $7,986.78 by June 2, 2023 to void the order. If the tenant does not make the required payment, they must vacate the unit by June 2, 2023 and pay the landlord $2,913.98 plus daily compensation of $53.18 from April 26, 2023 until the move-out date.
