What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord and Tenant filed a written agreement to resolve the Landlord's application.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,509.00, which includes $4,323.00 for rent arrears up to March 31, 2023 and $186.00 for the application filing fee. The Tenant shall pay the amount in installments according to the schedule set out in the order. The Tenant shall also pay the full rent on or before the first of each month from April 2023 to May 2024 or until the arrears are paid, whichever is sooner. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
