What happened
The Landlord applied to evict the Tenant for non-payment of rent. At the hearing, both parties attended and reached a mutual agreement, resulting in a consent order. The agreement stipulates that the Tenant can void the eviction by paying the outstanding rent arrears and application fee by a specified date.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays the Landlord $5,367.05 by April 30, 2025. If the Tenant fails to make this payment, they must vacate the unit by April 30, 2025, and pay the Landlord $4,799.49, plus a daily compensation of $34.57 from April 15, 2025, until they move out. The Landlord can file for eviction with the Sheriff starting May 1, 2025, if the order is not voided.
