What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 9, 2023, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,554.40 plus $54.18 per day for each day the Tenant occupies the unit after May 29, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 9, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
