The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,898.29, which includes the outstanding rent arrears from the previous order, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $34.19 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 24, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
