What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before June 25, 2023. If the unit is not vacated on or before June 25, 2023, then starting June 26, 2023, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. If the Tenant does not pay the Landlord the full amount owing on or before June 25, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
