What happened

The Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy based on an agreement reached with the Tenants. An ex-parte order was originally issued on July 8, 2025. Tenant 1 filed a motion to set aside that order, specifically requesting more time to vacate the rental unit. The ruling

The motion to set aside the eviction order (LTB-L-054142-25) is denied. The stay of that order is lifted immediately, and the original terms of the order remains unchanged. The Tenants' request for additional time to vacate the premises was not granted.
