The previous order LTB-L-003559-23 is cancelled. The tenants shall pay the landlord $4,543.08 in rent arrears up to March 01, 2023, the date the tenants vacated the rental unit. If the tenant does not pay the full amount owing by June 18, 2023, the tenant will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
