What happened

The Landlord applied for eviction due to non-payment of rent. One co-tenant had already vacated. The remaining Tenant had accrued significant arrears over 8 months without making any payments, citing personal difficulties. The Tenant proposed a payment plan, but the Board found it unrealistic and denied it. The Board granted the eviction but postponed the enforcement date to allow the Tenant time to move.

The Tenant's request for a payment plan was denied as unrealistic due to an 8-month period of non-payment.
