What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 24, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $28,986 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by June 24, 2023 and pay the Landlords $22,430.97, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
