What happened
The Landlords submitted a review request regarding an order that dismissed their eviction applications (L1 and L2). The Landlords argued that the hearing member committed a serious error regarding the rent due date. Specifically, they claimed the member originally stated rent was due on the 15th, which was later amended to the 5th. In the review request, the Landlords attempted to argue that rent was actually due on the 1st of the month, despite their previous submissions indicating it was due on the 5th.
The ruling
The request for a review of the order dated August 13, 2025, is denied. The amended order dated September 10, 2025, which corrected the rent due date to the 5th of the month, remains in full force and effect. The Landlords failed to demonstrate a serious error occurred during the proceedings or in the final order.
