What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 27, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,398.63, which includes rent arrears up to June 16, 2023, and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $72.33 per day for use of the unit from June 17, 2023, until they move out.
