What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 24, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $9,235.67, plus $72.33 per day starting June 14, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 24, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
