What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 7, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Landlord is entitled to daily compensation from April 27, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. The amount the Landlord owes the Tenant for the rent deposit and interest exceeds the amount the Tenant owes, so the Landlord must pay the Tenant the difference.
