The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $30,223.62 by January 31, 2023 or $31,615.12 by February 3, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by February 3, 2023 and pay the Landlord $24,220.41 plus daily compensation.
