What happened

The landlords and tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy as of April 30, 2023, but the tenants did not move out by the termination date. The landlords filed an application to obtain vacant possession.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2023. The tenants must move out by May 27, 2023. If they do not, the landlords can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The tenants must pay the landlords $186 for the application filing fee. If the tenants do not pay by May 27, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
