What happened

The ruling
The Landlord is ordered to pay the Tenant $8,389 for rent abatement, replacement of damaged property, increased rent, and moving/storage expenses. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $9,447.60 for rent arrears, less the amounts owed by the Landlord. The Landlord is also ordered to pay a $5,000 fine to the Board.
