What happened

The tenancy will be terminated on May 15, 2023 if the Tenant does not pay $21,736 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by May 15, 2023 and pay the Landlord $15,534.97, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit.
