What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $26,536 by September 30, 2024 or $28,986 by October 6, 2024. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $23,810.85 to the Landlords and vacate the unit by October 6, 2024. The Landlords are granted possession of the unit for their own residential occupation.
